You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an refund. Please note, original shipping costs are not refunded. Products that have been opened, assembled, or used in any way cannot be returned. Clearance Items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. If you are returning a free shipped product because you accidentally ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, simply ship your unused item(s) back to Military Toy Shop, and we will provide a refund minus our cost to ship the product to you. Military Toy Shop will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect item). You must contact us before sending any product back to Military Toy Shop so we can give you an RMA number. You can do this via phone call, email, or chat. You may also login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
